Permanent Skilled Regional Visa (Subclass 191)- This is a permanent work visa, but an applicant must have a previous valid visa to apply
Skilled Employer Sponsor Regional Visa (Subclass 494)- This visa allows you to work in special areas where your employer nominated you. It is a temporary visa and comes with a 5-year validity, but you can apply for permanent residency after completion of 3 years with eligibility.

Skilled Work Regional Visa (Subclass 491)- This visa is only for highly-skilled and highly qualified individuals. The applicant needs to meet the points requirements and submit EOI. Once you completed three years with a 491 Visa, you can apply for Australian PR.
Skilled Regional (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 489)- Applicants with a skilled regional visa earlier, can ask for the 489 visas.
Temporary Work International Relations Visa (Subclass 403)- this visa comes with special six streams. Every stream has special requirements and specifications. You need to meet the eligibility criteria and apply for that visa.
Temporary Work Visa for Short Stay (Subclass 400)- This visa is for applicants having specialised skills to overcome the shortage of skilled workers in Australia. Usually, it is valid for three months, but for special cases, the validity is six months.
Temporary Skill Shortage Visa (Subclass 482)- This visa is available in three different streams, and you can apply for the one that suits you better. Before applying, ensure you must have been nominated and sponsored special by the employer. It is a temporary visa, but can apply for PR once spend three years in Australia.
