In case of de facto partners, you are in a de facto relationship married to each other but you have a mutual commitment with your de facto partner. Your relationship is genuine and continuing and you are not related by family.
Meet the health and character requirement
Along with your family members must meet the health requirement by undergoing the health examination when you apply for the visa. Sometimes the department may ask about health information from the family members who are not coming to Australia with you.
Hold no debts towards the Australian government
You and your family members should not hold any outstanding debts towards the Australian government. If you owe anything then you must pay it back or arrange to pay it back.

Be in the best interest of the child.
