PARTNER VISA SUBCLASS 820 grants you to temporarily stay in Australia, until your permanent Partner visa (subclass 801) is approved or you decide to withdraw the application. Requirements to be eligible for Partner visa subclass 820

  • Relationship status – The applicant is required to be legally married as per the Australian law or in a de facto relationship with Australian partner for at least 12 months.

  • Completed Form 47a for dependent over 18 years of age.

  • Statement of bank, money transfer evidence or rent receipts displaying financial dependency.
